Delivery & Processing Information
At Pastoral Lane, our lamb is processed in limited runs, either fortnightly or monthly, and only when required. This approach allows us to deliver lamb at its peak freshness, but it does mean delivery is not immediate. From paddock to plate takes time, and we believe that care is worth it.
Current processing and delivery windows are displayed on our website. If you are unsure when your order will arrive, please reach out and we will gladly assist.
All orders are delivered using a refrigerated courier service. On the day your lamb is out for delivery, you will receive an SMS with tracking details and an estimated arrival time. This estimate updates during the day and can be viewed via the tracking link provided.
If you are not available to receive your delivery, we recommend arranging a safe alternative in advance, such as leaving a chilled esky with ice bricks, asking someone you trust to collect it, or redirecting the delivery to a workplace address.
Once dispatched, delivery timing is generally fixed, though limited changes may be possible if requested prior to dispatch.
Your lamb will arrive chilled in insulated packaging. It is not frozen and should be refrigerated promptly upon delivery. Responsibility for product quality cannot be accepted once the delivery has been completed.
