From the Hive
A small family farm in North-East Victoria
Olive & Hive is based in Wodonga and run by Jono. He has an active apiary and a developing olive grove.
Jono studied Science at university where he specialised in ecology and entomology (the study of insects). He began Beekeeping seven years ago and has grown the hives since then, always focused on the wellbeing of the bees.
Jono produces small, single origin honey from our single home apiary. The flavour and colour of each jar of honey is unique representing the season and local conditions at the time. The focus is on caring for the bees.

Pastoral Lane and Olive and Hive have come together for a simple reason — a shared belief that good food starts with care, honesty and respect for the land. Both families are passionate about producing quality, free-range food that is wholesome, delicious and made the right way, without shortcuts.
