We’ve been busy adding a few new favourites to the Pastoral Lane collection, including three beautiful single-variety honeys from Castlemaine Honey, sourced from regional Victoria.

Meet the new honey varieties

Messmate Stringybark – A rich, full-flavoured Victorian honey with plenty of character.

Native Manuka – Collected from native Manuka around the pristine surrounds of Wilsons Promontory National Park, this aromatic honey offers a unique taste of the Victorian landscape.

Giant Mallee – Sourced from the Mallee region around Hattah Lakes National Park, this smooth, medium-bodied honey is a delicious everyday favourite.

We love single-variety honey because every jar captures something different about the landscape and the flowers the bees have been visiting.

We’ve also welcomed Ballarie Designs to Pastoral Lane, with a collection of wonderfully punny farmyard greeting cards.
